A Visionary Founder's Experience

Karnot's founder, Stuart Cox, brings decades of expertise in developing natural refrigerant systems for the world's most demanding industries. His innovative thermal fluid temperature control systems have become industry standards, trusted by Pfizer, GSK, AstraZeneca, Novartis, and Roche.

Proven Exit Track Record: Stuart previously founded Likido Ltd, grew it to technical maturity, and successfully exited via acquisition to Dalrada Corporation (OTCQB: DFCO) in 2020.

In 2023, Stuart moved to Pangasinan, Philippines, to establish a Low Carbon Innovation Centre to showcase these energy-saving technologies. His vision is to build complete manufacturing of iCOOL and iHEAT systems locally, leveraging Filipino expertise for a first-class, sustainable industry.

A History of Innovation

From Singapore to the Philippines — building the future of clean energy

2016: The Beginning

Karnot Technology founded in Singapore. Despite initial funding challenges due to oil price crashes, Stuart Cox remained committed to the vision.

2017: Proof of Concept

Stuart relocated to Malaysia, investing personal funds to develop the first prototype in Penang. This groundwork led to the creation of sister company Likido Limited in the UK.

2018: Commercialisation

Returned to Edinburgh, UK to produce and commercialise the first-generation CO₂ system. Built world-class engineering team, achieved ISO 9001, UL, PED, and CE certifications.

2021: Global Recognition

Likido Limited acquired by Dalrada Corporation (OTCQB: DFCO). Selected for Technology Assessment by U.S. GSA and Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

2024–Present: Philippines

Stuart Cox founded Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. in the Philippines to bring next-generation CO₂ and R290 heat pumps to Southeast Asia. Official launch: September 2025.
