Model Series HLC 51G – 102G — 4 models covering 2.8–5.6 kW cooling and 4.2–8.2 kW heating. Direct replacement for split AC indoor units.

Standard Test Conditions

  • Cooling: Indoor 27°C DB / 19.5°C WB
  • Cooling water: Inlet 7°C, Outlet 12°C
  • Heating: Indoor 20°C DB
  • Heating water: Inlet 60°C, Outlet 50°C
  • Static pressure: 0 Pa (standard rating)

High Static Pressure — 30 Pa

  • Applies to: HLC HC (concealed) series only
  • Airflow derating: ~85% of nominal high-speed value
  • Cooling capacity: Derated proportionally to reduced airflow
  • Use case: Medium-length duct runs, 1–2 grille outlets
  • Motor selection: Verify motor power is sufficient for static load

High Static Pressure — 50 Pa

  • Applies to: HLC HC (concealed) series only
  • Airflow derating: ~70% of nominal high-speed value
  • Cooling capacity: Derated proportionally to reduced airflow
  • Use case: Longer duct runs, multiple grille outlets, complex routing
  • Motor selection: Higher motor power models recommended (HLC 102HC+)

Installation Specifications

  • Power supply: 220–240V / 50Hz, single phase
  • Pipe material: Copper or PPR recommended
  • Insulation: All chilled water pipes must be insulated to prevent condensation
  • Condensate: Gravity drain preferred; condensate pump optional on wall-mount units
  • Clearances: Maintain manufacturer-specified service clearances on all sides
  • Controls: Compatible with 2-pipe on/off and modulating valve configurations

  • All capacities measured per EN 1397 and EN 16430 standards
  • Noise levels measured at 1 metre distance in free field conditions
  • Water resistance values are for the coil only — additional losses from valves and fittings must be calculated separately
