Open-Cycle Design

The system operates on the principle of an open-air cycle: air passes through an integrated snow trap, is cooled by the turbo module, and is delivered to the client's chamber at the specified temperature — ensuring reliable, stable performance even at the most extreme temperatures.

Zero Environmental Impact

Using natural air (R729) as the sole refrigerant — zero GWP, zero ODP, zero TFA. Air is free, abundant, and requires no specialised handling, storage, or disposal under any current or future regulation.

Water-Cooled Turbo-Compressor

Superior Heat Rejection

The water-cooled turbo-compressor provides more efficient heat removal than air cooling — particularly important at higher capacities and in continuous industrial operation where ambient temperatures may be elevated.

Contamination-Free Operation

Completely oil-free operation eliminates contamination risks critical for food, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor applications. Maintenance costs are dramatically reduced and component lifespan extended compared to conventional compressors.

Snow Catcher System

Humidity Extraction Device (HED)

At ultra-low temperatures, airborne moisture instantly converts to snow. The integrated Snow Catcher continuously removes this moisture, preventing frost buildup on products and equipment and eliminating defrost cycles entirely.

Continuous Industrial Operation

The iCRYO 20 runs without interruption — no defrost downtime, no temperature fluctuations — making it ideal for continuous industrial processes and critical pharmaceutical operations where product integrity cannot be compromised.
