Open-Cycle Design
The system operates on the principle of an open-air cycle: air passes through an integrated snow trap, is cooled by the turbo module, and is then delivered to the client's chamber at the specified temperature. This ensures reliable and stable performance even at extremely low temperatures.
Zero Environmental Impact
By using natural air (R729) as the refrigerant, the iCRYO 10 achieves zero Global Warming Potential (GWP), zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), and produces no TFA (trifluoroacetic acid). Air is free, abundant, and requires no specialised handling or disposal.
Oil-Free Turbo-Compressor
The advanced turbo-compressor design operates completely oil-free, eliminating contamination risks critical for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and food applications. This also dramatically reduces maintenance costs and extends component lifespan.
Snow Catcher System
Humidity Extraction Device (HED)
At ultra-low temperatures, moisture in the air instantly converts to snow. The integrated Snow Catcher — a Humidity Extraction Device — prevents frost buildup on products and equipment, eliminating the need for energy-consuming defrost cycles.
Continuous Operation
Unlike traditional cryogenic systems that require periodic defrosting (causing temperature fluctuations and product quality concerns), the iCRYO 10 operates continuously without interruption, maintaining stable temperatures and ensuring consistent process conditions.
